Typographical Errors
In the event that a Sellbuz product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Sellbuz reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Sellbuz reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Sellbuz shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Sellbuz without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of Sellbuz products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of Sellbuz products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Sellbuz's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Sellbuz may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.


Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Sellbuz or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Sellbuz may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Sellbuz, Sellbuz has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Sellbuz. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, Sellbuz seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).

Shipping:
How much do you charge for shipping?
Our shipping rates start from $5.99 Flat Rate. This means that if you`d like to save money, you can choose our Flat Rate and pay a single $5.99 fee regardless of the qty. of items ordered. This flat rate offer exludes packages over 50lbs due to the weight of these items. We also offer other shipping methods, such as Priority Mail, 3-Day Air, 2-Day Air, and Overnight Express methods. All of these methods are available for you to choose at the checkout.


How long does it take to process the order?
Most of the orders will be processed and shipped within 1 business day. If you place your order on Monday, 99% of the time your order will be shipped by Tuesday. If you place your order on Friday, your order will ship out Monday morning. If you`d like to make special arrangements, as in have the item shipped out the same day, please contact us via phone or email and we`ll do our best to help you.


How long does it take to receive my order?
This depends on the shipping method you choose. If you choose our $5.99 Flat Rate shipping, it can take 4-8 business days to deliver your package within USA, plus 1 business day for processing. We use USPS to ship package via Flat Rate and even though they quote 4-8 business days, USPS never guarantees delivery times, and some packages might take slightly longer to deliver. Our Priority Mail takes around 3 business days, but again, USPS doesn`t always guarantee their delivery times. If you need to have the package delivered by a specific date, please choose UPS for your shipping method, since they do guarantee their turn-around times. Also, please don`t forget to add 1 business day for processing of your order.


International Shipments: You may choose our standard $5.99 Flat Fee shipping, which is shipped via USPS Air Mail. In most cases this service takes 7-14 business days for delivery. You also have the option to select UPS or FedEx for your International Shipment, delivery times vary depending on type of service you select. Customer and only the customer is responsible for ALL DUTY/Taxes associated with the order. We cannot provide an estimate of the Duty or taxes as the rates vary from country to country. Not paying your DUTY/TAX on time may be considered Mail Fraud.

Important: Please make sure to provide us with a valid "Ship-To" address when you fill out the order form. If you refuse the shipment of an order, or if your package will be returned back to us as "Undeliverable as Addressed" or for any other reason returned to our facility as undeliverable, you will be charged a $15 refused shipment fee. In addition, you will be charged all original shipping and handling, and return postage charges. You will also be charged a restocking fee equal to 15% of your order total. You will be contacted by one of our sales representatives if the package is returned back to us and you can choose to have the package reshipped to a different address at your expense. By placing the order on our website you agree to these terms & conditions.

Returns:
At Sellbuz.com, we are committed to providing you with exceptional service and excellent product quality. Products purchased from us come with the following warranty:

 

  • All cell phone, digital camera, camcorder, and laptop batteries purchased from Sellbuz.com come with a 1-year in-house replacement warranty. If your battery stops working within 1 year, you can send it back to us and we will replace it (or we`ll issue a refund equal to the current market value of the battery, according to the terms listed below).
  • We also offer EXTENDED WARRANTY for certain products. If the EXTENDED WARRANTY is purchased, the item will be exchanged/repaired within that specific extended warranty time frame. All items returned under EXTENDED warranty still must comply with all terms & conditions specified below.
  • All cell phone accessories such as chargers, cases, antennae, etc. come with 3-month replacement warranty.
  • All Bluetooth headsets and cell phone handsets come with factory warranty only. No exchanges or returns will be accepted for these products, no exceptions.
  • Due to the nature of our business and to be able to offer amazing prices on high-quality batteries, chargers, and other accessories, once the order is placed it cannot be cancelled. You CAN call us or email us if you`d like to modify the order. The shipped package can be rejected and will be returned back to our facility. The refund will be issued ONLY after the order is returned back to our facility and inspected. Once again, the shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

 

All merchandise returned to us must comply with the following guidelines and should be returned in the following manner for the return to be processed:

 

  • The warranty is not transferable to any subsequent user.
  • Our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse or physical damage. For chargers, PLEASE be careful with metal pins which are touching/charging your batteries. We will not replace chargers with physically damaged/broken metal pins.
  • We will repair or replace your battery at our discretion within the time frame specified above.
  • If the item returns to our facility due to an incorrectly entered shipping address, the refund will be issued (less shipping & handling fees). We kindly ask our customers to provide us with a correct shipping addresses. If the returned item has to be re-shipped, customer is required to cover s&h fees incurred.
  • Shipping and handling fees are always non-refundable. We incur shipping fees as well as ensure that your item is packaged and shipped in a safe and timely fashion.
  • All returned items MUST be shipped back with an appropriate packaging, like bubbled envelope, box, etc. Returns shipped in a plain envelope or any other package without sufficient packing material will be refused, and your warranty will be voided. Shipping an item without appropriate packaging will further the damage of the returned item and will deem this item not repairable.
  • All returned items must be shipped with a Tracking Number so that both, us and our customers, could track the return and exchange progress.
  • All orders returned for credit will incur a 20% restocking fee. All items returned must be in sealed, unopened, like-new condition, and all labels/stickers have to be in tact. Removing any labels/stickers from any products will void any/all warranty offered with the product.
  • All orders returned for credit, which are NOT in SEALED/UNOPENED/LIKE-NEW condition (open, scratched, physically defective, damaged) will incur a 35%+ restocking fee, depending on the condition of the item. It`s up to Sellbuz.com`s discretion to determine the condition of the returned item and issue a refund accordingly.
  • All returns after 45 days from the date of purchase require a $5.99 fee paid at the time of return to cover return postage, processing, and handling of your repair/exchange/return. All Laptop Batteries returned after 45 days require a $14.95 fee to get them tested and replaced. These fees applies to any returns/exchanges including items under our standard 1-year warranty and 3-year Extended warranty.
